How We Work

Initial conversation. Schedule a call or Zoom meeting to discuss your business and the questions in front of you. We spend about an hour on scope, fit, and approach.

Engagement proposal. Within one business day, you receive a written proposal outlining the work, the timeline, and a defined fee. Engagements are structured as flat fees for discrete projects or hourly billing for specialized matters.

Signed letter, work begins. Once the engagement letter is signed, work begins immediately, with direct senior-attorney access throughout the engagement.
