I'm Andrew Fisher, firm founder and managing attorney, and I'm excited to hear about your business and your goals.

I've been representing entrepreneurs and startups since 2004, first with a premier New York firm and then with Raleigh's largest business and corporate law firm.

With that experience, it was impossible not to be inspired to strike out on my own. I founded a series of successful startups, including a software-as-a-service company, a custom closet design and installation firm, and even a retail cupcake bakery (yum!).

I opened Fisher Corporate Law in 2019 to provide practical, fairly-priced legal services to the type of clients I know well - the self-starters who are juggling businesses, families, finances, and big dreams.
