Why flat rate? Is there anything worse than getting an unexpected bill? We believe clients should know what they're getting into and shouldn't be afraid to pick up the phone and ask a question or three. So we offer up-front pricing.

What's included? Your specific project, start-to-finish.
For example, if we're drafting a contract for you, all initial revisions are included. If we're forming your LLC, you'll get your legal entity, EIN, and registered agent, plus all of the best-practices founders' documents needed to get off the ground.
Need additional advice about the project? It's included - no hourly billing.

Can we use traditional (hourly) billing? Yes. Some projects are too uncertain to be able to use a flat fee, and some clients prefer the traditional hourly model.
